How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping, and you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum purchase. Import tariffs are already included in our prices.

How do returns work?

Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items that touch the skin or face (such as eye masks and facial tools) can't be returned. Please email us before sending anything back; we'll reply within 2 business days with instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos for damage). We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe at checkout.
